    I'll never make a major purchase at Lowe's Kanata again.

    If there was an option of no stars or negative stars I would use it here. Exceptionally poor customer service for a warranty water heater issue. After being talked into purchasing a unit with a 9 year warranty I found that Lowe's Kanata would not honour any warranty beyond their 90 day guarantee. I'm not getting the support I need from the manufacturer, and Lowe's Kanata- the vendor who took my money - won't offer any assistance. It was a big mistake to make a major purchase at Lowe's Kanata.

    Beware! I paid in full forcarpeting and installation on May 9/16. Prior to making the purchase, I discussed in detail all the particulars (ie.moving furniture, clean up, carpet placement and seams,etc.). On Jun 2, the installers arrived at my home and did not install the carpet as per the agreement. I have telephoned and emaied Lowes and have been ignored. They did not honour their agreement. Beware: once you pay for the service, Lowes appears to have no intention on abiding by it.

    What an awful sto...

    What an awful store. Very poor customer service. They do not stand behind their products and lack basic creativity on how to satisfy customer concerns. Poorly managed.
