I love to place negative stars if possible. Poor after sales services and never hear back from them after several calls on their poor quality products. I have replaced 3 windows with them early this year, the installers pulled the window frames off from the wall during installation and never come back to fix it for me. I ordered the frosted windows for my bathroom and my husband can clearly see my face and colour of shirt from my driveway.

I have used Beverley Hills Home Improvements for multiple projects. The products and installation are of the highest quality. I was referred to them by a friend from work who also had a great experience. What stands out most to me was the communication with the company...always pleasant and professional and they got back to me right away when I needed a small adjustment. I recommended them to my sister how had her windows and doors done and now she is a huge fan as well ! Keep up the great work!

Exceptionally Poor Customer Service

Would not recommend to anyone looking to be satisfied with their home improvements from this company. They do not respond to emails, don't care about you after they have your money, and their representatives will mislead you by simply telling you what you want to hear to go forward with the installation. After multiple requests to respond to emails, we were finally offered an insulting 5% off a future purchase or a gift card to the Keg, as if that was supposed to compensate for something...
