NAPA AUTOPRO - Brian Tire & Auto Centre Ltd

I took my truck in Monday, Nov 11. I had 4 snow tires put on without rims. The most I ever pay is $80, some do it for $60. They handed me a bill for $193, I thought it was the wrong bill. When I asked if this was for 4 tires he smiled and yes. This is why I will never go back to Brians Tire.

I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

We have been a customer of Brian's for years. I had my tires replaced a little over 6 months ago and the back tires already need to be replaced given uneven ware. The previous tires lasted over five years. When I brought it in to have a look at what went wrong the staff was admit that they would need to charge me to look at it, even though it could have been installed incorrectly. Brian heard the entire exchange to decided not to do anything about it. So much for standing by your work.
