Driver called ahead of time to confirm appointment and arrival which was truly appreciated. Ride was nice and efficient with timing. Had a very polite driver. Would definitely recommend. Will use taxi again.

FINALLY a new cab company in Sudbury. These guys are fast, friendly and reliable. I've met the owner who has high expectations for his company and all his drivers. I highly recommend AC Taxi above any other in the city!
After an injury left me on crutches and unable to drive, I was in need of a taxi today, 2 times.
I first called a long standing cab company we'll call them (LB) - they were rude, told me that they would come in 30 minutes. After standing there for 45 minutes on one leg, I called AC taxi.
They told me 10 minutes and guess what? They arrived in 10 minutes! What a concept, do what you say.
Later the same day, going back home - 'We'll be there in 10 minutes' Again they were on cue. Courteous, polite and on time

DO NOT USE! The driver left me at the airport (in the middle of the night with no other cabs around) after he had clearly agreed to take my fare once I got my luggage. I went up to him and he and I both agreed that I was to come back with my bag. He could see the carousel from where he was parked. 2 min later I go outside to put my purse in his cab as the luggage was starting to come out but I figure this way I would be sure he would stay. He was gone and a shuttle driver told me he took someone else. The owner of company said thats normal and then yelled at me for not being understanding of how they get screwed....They is not to be trusted if you want to ensure a cab ride. Go for anyone else, they dont wait if you call for pick either.
