Where do i start... First off i got a mobile home from leisure days, they told me 9 weeks it would be ready which it was, but the driver from the states called and said he was going to be at our property by 11pm which it was too late so he said we will drop it off at leisure days. The next day leisure days called and said it has arrived they just had to look at it over before one of there guys delivers it... Well three days later we called them to see what was going on, well they were too busy to deliver it, well we decided to take a drive and they actualy put our "home" ( which we were living in a trailer waiting for our home) on the lot for people to look at it so we decided to walk in... 20 mins later they hooked on and delivered it. This is just the beginning, now lets get to the warranty work... So they reviewed our place... But yet some of the trimming was popped out and our floor was warped and our kitchen table was scratched.., well we called about ten times they made promises kept telling us our table was going to be shipped.. Guy shows up to fix trimming they got the wrong table, so he said he was going to get us the next table... This is now a year later we still have no table or flooring and the triming popped back out again, we talked to the service guy Paul who is very cocky and rude said the table was shipped and the flooring will be with it, they didnt know or wouldnt give us the head companies number.. He put us in for august 26 2014 so we will see if they even show up or even call us if their is any changes which they have never done yet... So i recomend not dealing with this company at all!!! They are super nice people when they want to sell you something but after that they dont care!!
We recently purchased the Keystone Retreat 39RLSS from Leisure Days in Sudbury. We can't even begin to explain our frustration with the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the employees for delivery and set-up. Our pricey unit was delivered (4 hours later than the promised time) to our campsite. The employees had no idea how to back the unit onto our site (despite my husband's explicit details during our purchase and his follow-up phone calls to confirm delivery). We were shocked that one of the delivery persons was in fact a teenage boy who was beligerant and disrespectful of the job at hand (he wore head phones and was not able to help with the physical labour required to set up our unit). My husband was expected to provide full set up since these workers demonstrated very little knowledge of proper installation. We had been told by the sales representative at Leisuredays that we would be provided with a complete end to end orientation of our unit once delivered to our site. This did not happen. As a matter of fact the two employees who provided the speedy delivery (we have actually coined in "The McDonald's Drive Thru Delivery) were in such a rush to leave, they almost left without our trade in. We were left with a 10,000 lb unit to level, stabilize and figure out all on our own. By 10:30 p.m. that night (Wednesday, May 16th) we scrambled through owners manual's to locate the hot water tank and orient ourselves to the how to's of the entire trailer. We can't even begin to explain our exhaustion and frustration. Now we are dealing with the warranty work that will need to be done. Thank you for your review. In response, the above customer declined the set-up ( as there is a fee for this) at the time of purchase. The husband stated that they would take care of the set up of the Park Model themselves. At Leisure Days, we pride ourselves on good customer service and customer satisfaction.
