Poor customer service after vehicle purchase
Happy to get your sale money. Not so happy to please the customer or service the vehicle afterwards. When I approached the owner to address a concern I had. I was basically called a liar and no apology was offered. No follow up was offered either in an attempt to resolve the issue after escalating to Mitsubishi Canada. As a customer I was left feeling unappreciated by this dealer. I believe after sale customer service would be a priority for any dealer. The short trip to the dealer in North Bay has restored my confidence in Mitsubishi. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel welcome. I strongly recommend the dealer in North Bay for any current or future owners.
