Scotiabank is one of the best banks but this branch has incompetent advisors and even worse financial manager . we spent over 2 weeks to get a POA done on account while dealing with -Vaishnavi Sethuraman (she/her) | Financial Advisor and Mutual Funds Representative- she provided wrong information which contradicts what customer service line said . she then ignored our file while we emailed and called for 10 days. we eventually booked another appointment with another advisor and completed every

Waiting for 45 minutes but rep came on the line.very poor service.
