    Worst experience ...

    Worst experience I ever had. I went to this place for the first time to get a haircut and to color my hair. I expected a very professional service for the amount ($120) I expected to pay. But during the procedure, I was not satisfied with the outcome and I clearly indicated to a hairdresser (named Olga). However she started blaming me that it was my fault. She was very rude and even tried to call the Security. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    The worst experie...

    The worst experience I ever had...I was looking to do a haircut and color. I asked admin to recommend me someone good and experienced, however got a guy who just came from school(I don't know which school he went to, I think I could do it better myself at home) He could not do a simple haircut and trim my bang, did not know how to use scissors! the worst thing that they've charged me $160 bucks for this non sence seeing that I was leaving this salon almost in tears. avoid by all means!

    Let me first say ...

    Let me first say that the manager is rude and disrespectful to their customers and to their employees. i used to go there every month for a haircut and i complained about my hair once and ask to talk to the manager and she basically walk away from me while i was talking and she talk under her breath and told me get lost. Till that day, i never look that the place the same, the level of rudeness of the manager was unacceptable. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE!
