Mr. Lube + Tires

Waiting for an oil change for over an hour, not very busy. Claimed they were first come first and that we were next up but then bumped us for another car that definitely arrived after us. We were one of the first vehicles here and now we're the last ones to be helped.

went to get "free wiperblades " with oil change. I went to location on Arthur St. and before I parked in line I went in to see if they had my wiper blades in stock for my car, they said " OH YEAH After waiting 10 MINUTES they said but we don't have your oil filter...come back tomorrow WOW!! next day still no oil filter??, they said go to MR.LUBE on Central ave.Went there and they wouldn't do oil change unless I bought synthetic oil!!$$$$, NOT FREE wipers !I will never go there again

Shocked by the price. They could not open my air filter compartment,did not check in cab filter. did not feel like a pro place.
