It was a total disappointment communicating with dealership's outsourced internet experts & then visiting this dealership. Waste of my 2-3 hours.

headache after headache

Purchased a new/used vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle was just one year old when it was purchased. have had it in for service over eight times. After getting the GM warranty people involved and finally identifying the problem the dealership is refusing to fix the problem stating they feel they have done their best to resolve the matter. My feeling is if you sell a customer a new vehicle for over 22 000 with bad tires you aren't the greatest most honest dealer. Buyer be ware!
