Great service & atmosphere, like the food I ordered, as to what I expected

I went in just wanting a bubble tea to go and it was over $7, i think that's the most I've ever been charged for bubble tea. But that's not entirely why i gave this place such a low rating, their service was terrible. All the employees were in the back talking and when one finally came up to take my order and i changed my mind because it was so expensive, she turned and walked away even before i was done saying my sentence... destiny... you're destiny doesn't look too good

We were charged 15% gratuity for ordering more than $80 worth of food. What??? There were only 4 of us and you would think they would be grateful for all the food sales. Ridiculous.. not to mention the rude service the last few visits. We will take our business elsewhere for sure.
