I made a visit to the store to purchase a burlap type fabric for decoration needs. The burlap available was not what I was seeking out for however the young lady inquired about the use of the burlap and provided alternative recommendations. In the end, I made a purchase that was not burlap however the fabric suited the need. I was very impressed with how helpful and pleasant the young lady was in her level of customer service
