AVOID!!! RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!!!!!!!

Why avoid this dealership? (1) Quoting me $950 after tax for exhaust work I got done elsewhere for $100. (2) Selling me a used car and not disclosing the accident (as if I had never asked!). I could add a number 3, but why would you even need more?

Worse customer service experience I have ever had...tried to get my car fixed after receiving a call back letter from Nissan. Service person and management I dealt with lied!!!! Also, I overheard someone calling me a "broad" and the service staff laughing about it. In addition, sales manager lied and stated he was the GM, meanwhile, the staff member beside him told me he wasn't the GM and gave me the actual person's name when he left the room. When I called him on this, this infuriated him....

My Wife and I have just purchased a Nissan Murano 2015 SL and were very pleased with the overall experience. Our salesman (Enrique)was very polite and knew the product he was selling us quit well. He then introduced us to the Financing Manager to finalse the sale of our new Truck. With his help we were able to make this sale a reality. He was Plesant, and quite rewarding to deal with. Bought my new Mu...

Bought my new Murano with High Park. Got a great deal off the sticker price and enjoyed the experience. It's a smaller dealership, the management is newer and I was told, the oldest currently operating Nissan dealership in Canada. Very unique buying experience. 10/10 would recommend.

This Dealership is an embarassment to the brand

When I purchased my brand new car they did not provide me with the correct owners manual for my vehicle. The service department does not offer any type of shuttle service or rental options. There was a grinding noise coming from my fan, I drove over an hour to the dealership and they didn't even look at it before telling me "It's a typical Nissan issue". I had my winter tires put on and they failed to secure one of the bolts on my front tire. The service level at this dealership can be summed up in one word: LAZY
