Good food and good service, which keeps us coming back each time. From the appetizers all the way through to the dessert, including a drink or two, always a superior experience. Always predictable with playa cabana. We didn't eat much, but was pretty good.
Stumbled uopn cantina (Playa canaba) online one eve and took a chance! Really wanted Mexican for my birthday celebration! 6 of us and we all enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. We all want to go again with others..it was girls night so def want a date night here with hubby! I highly recommend. Sat night is BUSY so try to make reservations!

One of my favourite restaurants in the city! The food and margaritas are amazing. This is the second time my group has had Federico as our server and he is outstanding! Knowledgeable, fun and on top of his serving game. We were so pleased to see him again as he made our dining experience that much better. Cheers!

Good food and a fun time out
As always, the service was amazing. I would especially like to thank Felix, the manager, who went above and beyond to help come up with a solution for my family after my grandmother decided last minute she wanted to join us for dinner. Felix was extremely helpful and even came to check in on us during dinner.

Amazing food and service. We had a reservation booked and ended up waiting a while for a table due to a busy night. However when we were seated later to our table, the manger sent complimentary appetizers to us which was such a nice surprise. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere.

This is hands down my favourite restaurant in the city! I'd have to say I go more than a few times a month. Our waitress was so sweet and friendly and added to my many amazing experiences here! (She wears glasses and has shaved blond hair).

Playa Cabana is always a favourite of ours and the friends we took said it was the best meal they'd had in a long time.
Went there before a Raptors game and advised waitress (Maddy) of time constraint. Maddy could not have been more accomodating, pleasant and efficient. We got our drinks, dinner and a great attitude with plenty of time to get to the game. The food was great and very reasonably priced.
Everything was perfect. Our Server was quick, friendly and attentive. The food was out fast and the food was DELICIOUS! My boyfriend is American, from New Mexico where they know there mexican food. He said the Ceviche was one of the best hes ever had.
