    Friendly and Knowledgeable

    I had the opportunity to meet with this business and found them to be very friendly , knowledgeable and caring. I do not think there is a financial matter that they have not seen or cannot help with. Their manner is warm and caring and completely non judgemental. I would not hesitate to recommend.

    Ridiculous

    I arrived for my appointment, which was scheduled, and was made to wait and wait for the trustee. Not only did I have to pay for extra parking, even though I was on time, I waited for 45 minutes just to speak to the trustee. One of the receptionists was kind enough to take my information down and tried to do some damage control. I found out the trustee wasn't even in an appointment because there was no one else there. It was extremely unprofessional and when I finally got to speak with the trustee, he seemed unprepared. Maybe it was he was off that day, but I would not recommend going here.

Occasionally, calls or meetings can go longer than anticipated and some of our meetings are offsite . Nevertheless the experience described does not meet our high standards and we apologize for that.
