Stay clear of this storage facility. I was never late for my payments, recently left and every single box has some level of mice/rat dropping. Sofa ruined, clothes ruined, papers ruined....all ruined. All you get is a claim for and a warning that "it typically goes nowhere. I recently rented Unit # 984 at 555 Trethewey Drive for two and a half months and I would like to comment: - The staff were kind and most helpful. - The unit was clean. - Elevators were always working and carts were always available. - Overall the facilities were clean and well organized. I would highly recommend rental at this location of Storage Mart. Thanks to all your staff. You were great! Jerry

Excellent Storage Experience. I Highly Reccomend!

Clean, affordable storage with no fine print and excellent service. NIcole and Alex are the best! They helped me from beginning to end and never tired of my endless questions. They took the time with me to get the right size and even helped me to find some last minute movers. I would recommend this company to anyone!
