    Confusing layout . Expected to be totally tech savvy to navigate the branch. No teller service for cash service. A “ teller “ behind no counter flits from customer to customer trying to make the new progressive experience a good one. Bewildered seniors sit on couches thinking about where they will do their future banking. Not here.
