Gavin and Tom are great guys. Super hard working and funny. The tree I had taken down was in a tricky spot. My aboveground pool, my neighbours aboveground pool, and two fences surrounded the tree. Very little room to move around let alone take down a whole tree without damaging anything. Gavin was so calm and cool about the whole thing and put me at ease. He was able to take down the tree with precision. He calculated every cut and rigged all branches that would land in a pool or on a fence.

Gavin and his crew are totally professional. Considering he had to work around my home, the neighbouring condo and power lines - I’m totally impressed. Throw in traffic just to complicate things even more and not one issue/damage - nothing. I’m very impressed. Gavin’s skill set up in a tree made me smile multiple times. Thank you guys - great job!

I originally signed up with the largest tree removal company in the Hamilton area last fall. They changed their opinion and the cost of their quote (considerably) for completing the job. I called Gavin of Urban Canopy and he promptly came down to access the situation. In less than a week the 80' tree was gone in two days at a far more reasonable cost. He and his employees were very professional. My back yard (flower gardens) were left in excellent condition. Next time, I'll call Gavin first!

Great, courteous service

We had a large tree greatly damaged during the recent ice storm. We contacted Urban Canopy to remove the tree. They gave us a fair quote - and they came several days later and did a super, professional job removing the tree and all the debris. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tree removed.

25 ft tree down in one hour

I was in need of help and Kevin made it happen the same day. Kevin and his assistant Joe did an excellent job. They came in - assessed the situation and went to work. An hour later the tree was down and cut into workable pieces. Thanks guys - Great job ! Mark
