For all you can eat Ginza can't be beat

For all you can eat Ginza can't be beat. The staff is super friendly and the service is quick and attentive. The food is great and I would totally recommend it for all you can eat sashimi, sushi, and teppanyaki. I've been to various all you can eat Japanese Restaurants in Vaughan and Ginza is by far my favorite.

My friend and I are from Barrie and decided to eat at a sushi place here! The quality is amazing and the servers are shyly friendly. The food came super quick and was tasty! Not the best place I have been too but at from the worst. I do recommend it!

Will Never Return!

We decided to visit Ginza Sushi on a Saturday night. We were looking forward to going based on the number of amazing reviews on this site. Upon first going into the restaurant, it looks nice, clean and big. There were a number of servers and many places to sit. We were given a seat near the sushi bar. Upon arriving, we were given a sheet which had all of the menu items on it and we had to choose what we wanted (it was all-you-can-eat). The server came over, didn't introduce herself, and asked quickly 'What would you like to drink?' While we were choosing our menu items, our server was hoovering over us, as though she was rushing us, we didn't like that. When we handed in our sheet, we waited only a few minutes to receive the items. The seaweed salad was so small, it was the size of my fist, I couldn't believe it, I finished it in two bites. Then the sushi rolls started to come out. Many of them were very messy, and when we picked them up, they fell apart. We had to wait 15 minutes just to get a small bowl of miso soup. We had received everything but the cheese wonton. I asked our server and she said 'Oh okay, we will get that for you' as if they didn't even remember that we had ordered it. Those cheese wontons were the most disgusting cheese wontons I have ever had, they tasted stale, and they had probably a pea-sized amount of cheese, what a waste! All you tasted was the pastry which tasted horrible already. Then, we decided to order more items. Once again, the sushi was sloppy and not that great. They even forgot to bring us our seaweed salad, and most of the beef teriyaki was pink, it wasn't even cooked properly. We didn't even bother to complain because by that point, we were totally disgusted with the food. We left and vowed never to return, I suggest you do the same!

Horrible service

I found the waiters and waitresses very annoyed when having to take your next order form ... I brought my daughter 10 who is a picky eater so I ordered her the cucumber roll ... I never been there so it comes like a cone... I ordered one not knowing what to expect because my other daughter who has been there explained it to me wrong, So the 3 of us order our first meal and we wanted to space it so we wasted no food . We still had plenty to eat and she wanted to try the actual cucumber rolls she normally orders and a teryiaki chicken ... so I go to give it to the waiter and he was very hesitate to take it .... I had to explain that she did not get lots of food and does not like what we ordered ... he said "FINE GIVE IT TO ME" The rest of the night seemed the same like it was a bother for them to take the order paper from you ........ did they want us to do it all on one order form and leave all the food so they can make money and charge us extra for leaving it all ?? Btw this is not the first bad service at an all you can eat buffet .... if you don't want to serve us as many time as we like .... then make it an open buffet and we will go get our own food .... THIS WAS ALSO MOTHERS DAY AND THAT WAS MY GIFT !!! BIG DOWNER !!!

best all you can eat sushi..ever

this place is the best all you can eat sushi its always fresh and consistant you wont be disappointed it does get busy during the weekend so if you wanna go when its quiet try during the week ordering in will cost you min 40$ for a decent amount of food but the same food is served at the ayce

No respect for the customer

Hello All! I was a loyal customer of this restaurant until that day. Once, 6 of my friends decided to have a Birthday dinner at home. Instead of going to sushi, we ordered it. The order cost more than 100$. Upon delivery, the sushi was a mess! I cannot say that before the customer service at this restaurant was good (rather very poor, as you constantly getting a feeling that you are a nuisance there and waiters were serving without any enthusiasm, if you know what I mean  ), but my husband and I were often dinning there (almost every week) as it is very close to our house. As said before, the order was a mess. Half of the rolls were falling apart; some were even damaged (I think is it due to the not careful handling of food and poor preparation of the order). So, as you all guessed, the celebration was ruined… Usually, I am not a complainer, but this incident got me very mad! So I have called them. After explaining the situation to one of the waiters, she told me that the BOSS of the restaurant himself was delivering the food and then it MUST be OK. I was shocked! I think she knew who I was, as I said that we were loyal customers and never received the food in this state. She said that the only thing they can do for me was to give us 10% discount for our next order…not to replace the damaged food as all respected restaurants would do, not even to give a credit for the next order, but to give 10% discount as I would normally get if I take the food out. After such disrespect, I told them that I would never visit this restaurant again. So this is my story. This is how the management (correction: the BOSS) treats his loyal customers. You decide: do you want to dine in the good restaurant with a nice service where you will be respected, or in a diner (which is more similar to fast food place), where nobody cares about their customers and service.

My family and I has moved into the area for 5 years, we gave it a first trial after we got a15% off coupon for the dinner. Everything is higher than our expectation; absolutely, this is the best value in the area.

Excellent sushi buffet

One of my favorite sushi places in Woodbridge. The fish is fresh, the service is excellent (when they are not that busy) and the buffet is an excellent value. For $12.95 all you can eat sushi is an amazing value. I love their california role, spicy tuna, spicy salmon and beef ribs. They have more than 50 items on their lunch and dinner buffet menu.

Sashimi was excellent. Hand rolls were soggy and sloppy. Dragon rolls were a mess. Took 15 minutes to place our order and missed 2 items on our order when it was delivered 25 minutes later. Will not return

We absolutely loved their all you can eat dinner...

We absolutely loved their all you can eat dinner, everything was made fast and fresh. The rolls were great, the sashimi excellent too and very buttery, large pieces. The beef and other non-sushi items on the menu were all very tasty. We are definitely coming back to this place. The dinner cost $20.95/person plus tax for AYCE on a weekend, which seems reasonable. Oh and the service was very efficient even though the restaurant was pretty full. I uploaded some photos of the food FYI.

I can't believe no one has written about their...

I can't believe no one has written about their house specials or their dragon rolls. Best in the GTA, and I have been many places! Always will return to Ginza.

Mmmm Sushi!!

I love this place and I don't know any other place to get my all time favorite! I walk in and they already now what I want... "Moscow Roll" they ask, of course. I have tasted other delicious foods on the menu. Udon soup, teriyaki beef on rice... I still want more. Just talking about it... I may go out and order now!

I had been advised by friends to make...

I had been advised by friends to make reservations at this restaurant because it got very busy. My girlfriend and I visited on a Thursday evening @ 7:30. When we walked in the restaurant it was empty. The servers approached us several times to take our order while we were not ready. We finally ordered, I was very impressed with the presentation. The food was good, my only complaint was that that my salmon & tuna sushi had very little rice, when I tried to grab them with my chop sticks to dip in the soya sauce the rice kept falling off, it made it a little inconvenient. We had empty plates that I put to the edge of the table to be cleared and they were not. There were maybe 2 other couples in the restaurant. Nearing the end of the meal we relaxed, we could see that the waiter & waitress appeared very anxious for us to leave but they never brought us the bill. We asked for the bill and as soon as we had it, they stood a few feet away from us staring at us waiting for us to leave. I literally felt like we were shooshed away. I'm a generous tipper but took away part of the tip that night as we left. We left @ 9pm, the restuarant closed @ 10pm. I may give it another opportunity but being rushed out is something that really bothers me when you are a paying customer within their working hours specially.
