Wide selection of photographic equipment; including Film of 35mm that I also shoot with. Expert, experienced sales staff. A wise, very helpful sales representative helped me choose a black and white 35mm film. Very knowledgeable, and sales, technical persons help you choose what is available, and correct. I have purchased photo equipment at Henry's photographic store such as camera bags, grey card, photofinishing, and film rolls. Each time I had a good experience, and satisfaction with photos.

The Thornhill location has excellent service and knowlegable staff. The manager Rob sets the tone for first class customer service.

Re service dept: Friendly, good listeners, and better problem solvers than the camera manufacturer (whom I called first!) I've been living far away from this store for a long time so haven't visited for years. But this is also how I remember them from way back when! Great store!! They love cameras, and they know a lot.

One of the best Henry's to go to. The staff was very helpful and did not pressure you into buying their products. Gave their opinion and provided as much detail to compare features. Great service.
