I came in for my appointment and was greeted with an unfriendly lady at the desk. I realize that I need them more than they need me since there is enough sick people to keep them making money regardless of the service they provide. They were not pleasant, late with the appointment and made a face when I asked what time I will get in because I needed to pick up my children. I know the business is good and money is rolling in but there are other offices who will do the same and treat you well.
I would have liked to have been contacted immediately as your experience with us was not what I would expect. I believe we have a great company with kind, caring and professional staff. If you treatment is anything less than that, I would like to hear about it and investigate. We have on site surveys, a website and you can call head office directly and ask for the general manager.
