Convenient for you and special for her My wife originally visited Gina’s a number of years ago as a result of a Christmas gift... When she returned from her spa treatment, I asked her what her experience was like. She responded with ‘it felt like another”. Our daughter was her first referral. Our new daughter-in-law celebrated the morning of the ‘big day’ with her wedding party having ‘pedis and manis’ as they put it. They were treated to a multi chair, private area and served special fruit platters. They had fun and a memorable time and shared that at the wedding My ladies have had incredible experiences and have built relationships with several of the girls at Gina’s. I WAS LOOKING FOR A PLACE IN TOWN FOR A HAIRCUT ANDCOLOUR. I CHOOSE GINAS BECAUSEOF ITS REPUTATIION AND ON ADVICE FROM SOME GIRLFRIENDS. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS WONDERFUL AND FRIENDLY AND AND THE DECOR WAS BEAUTIFUL. AFTER MY CAPPACINO I MET WITH MY STYLIST (BRITTANY) AND WE DISCUSSED MY COLOUR AND CUT. SHE WAS ATTENTIVE AND REASSURING, AND AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS OF RELAXING WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH MY LOOK. I WAS TREATED WITH REPECT AND CARE AND EVEN BOUGHT SOME OTHER SERVICES, PUT ON A GIFT CERTIFICATE, TO GO BACK AGAIN AND VISIT THE SPA AS WELL AS THE SALON. l LOVED IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE !
Gina's is a first class Spa that we're very fortunate to have in Waterloo. Every experience I have ever had at Gina's has been great. The women at the desk and the estheticians have always been friendly and accommodating to your needs. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed when you are having your treatments. I have been going to Gina's for years and I have never had a less then great experience. I would recommend them to everyone.
My original appointment time was moved to a later time that was fine no problem with that it happens. I arrived at the later time and the rude receptionist looks at me like what am I doing there. Told to take a seat left to sit for over 1/2 an hour no apology for the delay no drink offered we were completely ignored for the whole time we sat there. WE WALKED OUT IN DISGUST.

Dear Burky, I want to first of all apologize for your negative experience at Gina's and for keeping you waiting for your appointment. I appreciate your feedback, as we cannot address an issue if we are not aware of it. I‘ll spare you the details of the reason for the delay in your service provider that day or make excuses for making you feel neglected. You're right, we made a mistake and that does very infrequently, unfortunately occur but when it does, we don't take it lightly. We have a process that allows us to address the problem and hopefully turn a negative experience into a positive one for our clients. We did call you later that day to connect with you, apologize and try to initiate that process.
