    Store used to be Petcetera, Petsmart, second time now I lost my buy 10 get 1 free dog food bag offer, due to 'ownership changes' / bankruptcy ....went to exchange a $6 item, was going to spend $100, and they wouldn't offer support.

    PetCulture is a l...

    PetCulture is a large pet store, probably close in size to Petsmart. Problem is, their shelves are never full, cat food is constantly out of stock and most of their items are overpriced in comparison to Petsmart or even PetValu. This particular location has dead fish in their tanks and a rogue bird that terrorizes the pet birds for sale in cages. Overall, not the most responsible or effective business.

    The girl that cut...

    The girl that cut my dogs nails had no clue what she was doing. Half of the nails were not even touched and the ones that were were hardly trimmed at all. I don't recommend this place for grooming.

    They're were no k...

    They're were no kittens when I went... This store tries to have everything, and as a result has nothing! They have over priced basic basic pet supplies, if you need a higher end brand or something a little specific, they won't have it here. To top it off, the girl at the cash had the classic "I don't want to work here attitude", which always helps with your customer service. I would try Walmart, Pet Valu or Big Al's for your pet needs.

    I purchased 2 kit...

    I purchased 2 kittens yesterday. I felt like I was the only customer in the store that mattered. The people were upbeat and friendly as well as very courteous. I have found a new store for all my animal needs. I highly recommend this merchant.
