Waterloo Walk-In Clinic

Absolutely terrible!!!! I called asking if a service was available and then confirmed at the front desk when I arrived. I then patiently waited an hour (45 minutes later than I was told it would take) to find out from the doctor that the service was not available. Very unprofessional and dirty/cluttered establishment. Please save ur self the trouble and go somewhere else. (Ps two other clients came in while I was waiting who also complained about misinformation) .... wow

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST DOCTORS. DR.E. I heard him yelling at a patient next door and did the same for me. WORST DOCTOR EVER.

I REFUSE to visit...

I REFUSE to visit this clinic ever again. Twice I was seen by someone that stated he was not a doctor. Very sketchy character. There are a handful of ratings online about this awful place. One time the receptionist was half an hour late to open the clinic on a Saturday morning, there were children in pj's waiting in the cold to see a doctor but they eventually left the long line up with their parents. I DO NOT recommend this clinic! The wait time is anywhere from half an hour to almost an hour!!
