    I bought 2 trucks and traded in mine. What a friendly, professional place to do business. No pressure, with honesty and integrity. Larry and Jordan were great to deal with. The experience was worth the 2 hour drive.

    Always fantastic service at Grogan Ford, the service team is always efficient and friendly. Mario was an extremely professional and helpful salesman. Have had my Lincoln for over two years now and will no question be going back to Grogan for my next one!

    Great service! Always able to fit me in for a oil change, or anything else I need, on short notice. Service staff is second to none.

    Seat belt in 3rd seat not working. Took back 3 times and called several more. Service manager checked and confirmed would have to replace but needed to consult sales staff. Never called or returned calls when I called. He stated that nobody checked as it was not necessary for a safety check. Had independent garage replace. I was told they could not certify this vehicle with a non working seat belt. Plan to file complaint with Ontario Motor Vehicle.
