We are new to this area and are truly blessed to have found the Welland Animal Hospital for our new puppy. The vet was attentive and so kind as well as informative. The staff were super and the attendant I had that greeted me couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much.
I've been to many vets over the years, but this clinic/hospital is the best. They have a deep care for the animals they work with, always advise carefully around regimes of care, and are careful to bill in the most economical way possible.
Wonderful staff. We have been going for 3 years since we moved to Welland. They were so good and compassionate when it came time to have my best friend put to sleep. I can't thank them enough for helping me through this hard decision. I would recommend the WAH .

Whether on the phone or at the clinic, the staff are pleasant, professional and kind. I would recommend them highly. I have been taking my pets there since 2000.
I love the W.A.H. & all of the staff there. When you walk in you're greeted by the girls at the desk, whether it be Khris, Tricia, Melissa or Nancy. They're all wonderful. Dr. Karner & Dr. Fidler are amazing with the animals. They show such care & compassion for all animals.
I have been going to the W.A.H. for many years with all the pets we've had & still have. My parents 2 little dogs, one of the cats, my own cat & now even my own puppy!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone who is looking for a vet!!
Recently I was in need of medical services for my pet, not knowing where to turn....I spoke to a friend who directed me to the Welland Animal Hospital. When I called and explained my pets concerns, I was upset , but by the end of the phone call I was relaxed and confident that my pet was going to be in good hands. My pet was seen in a timely fashion and I was seen by the caring Vet who made me feel relaxed that as a pet owner I made the right decision to come in for my concerns. Staff was friendly and caring
Very unimpressed with the service and level of care for my pet.
In trying to gain help for my dog, the secrertary was simply concerned with money, and would not say anything until after they get paid. I was also told that I should have just called the vet I normally go to.
Seems to me they dont care about pets, and just how much your good for.
I will never take another animal to this clinic every again, and will reccommend against anyone else doing so.
