Very Happy with the service as a first time customer. Olivia was excellent to deal with and helped me choose the proper leash and harness. Will be a returning customer. My Leonberger looks great in his orange Hunter harness and the Cujo shock absorber leash works well on reducing the stress on the arm.

I just had my dog...

I just had my dog groomed, bathed, and nails trimmed. He is a rescue, and extremely nervous when being handled by people he doesn't know. We'd had previous bad experiences at other places and decided to try Augie Doggy out. I am telling you right now, I will never go anywhere else for my dog. They were amazing! He wasn't stressed out at all, and quite the opposite!! If you are tired of putting up with second rate service, I highly recommend them! They take the time, and are patient with your pet! Extremely well priced as well!!

Wonderful products and customer service!

I have two elderly shih-tsus who I was having a hard time finding food that helped their digestive systems. I also was frustrated that most of the food was made elsewhere and not in Canada (harder and harder to find anything made here anymore). The salesperson was super helpful in finding me 3 choices of senior dog food, so I chose Canaan Diet (Canadian). I was amazed at how much the dogs loved the taste and also how their energy levels seemed to increase as well. Their stools were so much softer too, whereas before they were near constipation ( I know, TMI). I bought a small bag first time but went back to buy the larger quantity. The best part is that I have a little card on my keychain that keeps track of my purchases so that I can earn a free bag of food! A nice bonus for loyalty. I also like that they have grooming, gourmet treats, toys, you name it! Just a note, this is geared strictly for cats and dogs, so if you have rodents, you are out of luck. I just want to say again that the staff and owners, Jackie and Barry, are extremely professional and you will receive the customer service from them that you rarely see these days. I hope that they continue to run a successful franchise.
