    Started out with dark brown hair. Stylist suggested caramel highlights. Asked for caramel highlights, even up the end length, leave side sweep, fullness on sides, and do roots. Got red highlights, side sweep gone, fullness on top instead of sides, and limp dried-out hair. Charged me $184.00.
