Maximum Detailing does not know listen to clients in regards to scheduling appointments. They ask a question but do not listen to the reply. For example, asking what time you finish work and scheduling the appointment for the exact time you leave your desk. When you show up the staff had left for the day. Maximum made arrangements for the next morning but I would have to pay cash to a guy in a parking lot. I called to reschedule but what they said on the phone was not what was written in their book. I called more than 6 times over a three day and left message each time asking them to call me back at numerous numbers (cell & office) to verify new time and to let them know I was taking the day off work but they never called me back. I showed up for my appointment but they booked me in a different day.
