COGECO High Speed Internet

Horrible service that hangs up on you when asking for a supervisor after 40 mins waiting on the phone. With promotions, never tell you that if you cancel they will money grab $75.00 per service. Charge you premium for limited few TV channels...As soon as my promo time is up, Cogeco is history for me! Terrible company all around!

Never in my life have I experiences such a terrible business. 1. Not registered with the BBB 2. Hang up when you call to complain on mistakes THEY make 3. Do not let you speak to a supervisor 4. Cut off your internet connection for not paying a bill that is NOT YET DUE 5. Talk to you like you are an idiot 6. Terrible and I mean TERRIBLE internet connection and service. DO NOT GO WITH COGECO!!!!!!!!

Cogeco has the worst WI-FI in the whole world they must buy aftermarket or refurbished used products from Mongolia. Their modem has a limited range of 10 feet after that the internet speed is so slow the turtle comparison is too great for their speed. they make a turtle speed a Ferrari.

Cogeco offers seemingly competitive pricing on cable, internet and home phone services. What you don't find out until you are locked into their contract is that they truly offer the worst customer service, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of, and the actual "deal" you have signed up for is not as good as it seems. I have been actively trying to cancel my "contract" since the services I pay for are not ever available. Don't waste your money with Cogeco. Choose ANY other option.
