Wonderful service from a compassionate driver of an accessible cab. On time both directions.

booked a cab 12 hours early to make sure we had a ride to the airport. the middle of the night no taxi showed up. the phones weren't being answered no way to contact the company. . very disappointing .

Incredibly rude! We called for a taxi, we gave the guy our destination and the time we wanted to be picked up, and he said "alright", then immediately hung up on us without asking for our address.

Terribly unreliable - DO NOT USE

Called on a Saturday morning at 8, asking that a cab pick me up at 8:30 as I had a train to catch at 9. I was told that would be no problem. At 8:40, no cab had arrived so I called back and was told one would be there shortly. At this point I also called another cab company just in case. At 8:50, there was still no cab so I called again and told them that my train was going to leave in 10 minutes, and that I had requested a cab be there 20 minutes earlier. I was told they were going to send a message to the drivers. No cabs showed up. So after 3 phone calls (and ample notice for pick-up), I missed my train home. Thanks Checkered Cab for your terrible service. I will never use you again.

I called for a cab and was told it would be ten to fifteen minutes, I called back after a half hour and they told me I was high priority. Another half hour later and the driver called me to tell me he was 20 minutes away, but he figured I wouldn't want the cab ride anymore. If they had just told me when I called that it was busy, I would have tried another company.
