Beware of this dealership and their service repair practices. The customer service lacks responsiveness entirely. I have brought my car to Premier on Monday 1/14/2019 for a front steering wheel clunking noise. They diagnosed and addressed the concern by replacing both front strut mounts and a tie bar, followed by an alignment. The same evening when I took the car, a rear rattle noise started manifesting and grew worse over the next days. I left a message to the maintenance manager, no response.
