I was totally stressed out over a debit card issue that arose after I had bought an item online. Rachel to the rescue! She calmed me down and helped me through the solution step by step, easy-peasy! So relieved! And if that isn't enough, they enclose a free chocolate bar with your delivery! Does Staples do that? Why no, no they do not! Love these guys! And I won't forget their kindness when I was in need.

I was pleased with the courteous, prompt service and problem solving to adjust my office chair. It was not their product but Matthew (at the Windsor store on Provincial Rd) pinpointed the seat back issue and how to adjust it. His knowledge base and customer service are commendable. Thank you very much!

Typically the staff is very, very friendly and helpful. Ive only been ignored once when two employees seemed busy flirting instead. Some of their products are more expensive, some are cheaper - it seems hit and miss; they offer free delivery; and seem to have a larger selection of off-the-shelf supplies than their big box competitors.

They have a big variety of office supplies. However, they are expensive. You can get a lot of those items at Staples and or Walmart for less. I also don't like how they follow you and treat you like a thief. Very judgmental. I will go elsewhere and give my money to some more deserving store.
