    They gave us the run around when trying to use their $119.99 3yr extended warranty. Warranty Start date 07/17/2018 on receipt End date 07/17/2021 They sent us to Acer, the manufacturer to deal with on our own. Manufacturer claims its a 2017 model so they wont fix it. It is incredible we need to deal with any of this.
