    best people ever

    Best customer service... I called and after about 15 mints i got a call back and i had them coming to give me quote. the business owner was fixable with the date i choose for cleaning my carpet and ducts and didnot leave until they made sure i was satisfied with all there services. Thanks to them my fernce and carpet clean and changed the feel of the house.

    Horrible customer...

    Horrible customer service! I called ahead to make sure I could drop off my area rug to be cleaned. I borrowed a truck to drop it off & there was no answer at the house. I called & was told to knock on the door. A girl answered and said she couldn't take the rug. I'd have to wait until they returned hours later. I wasted my time & wasn't even offered a call back apology when I called back to complain.

    they really did a good job in my house ,what i liked is that they moved the furniture and cleaned under ,and i even asked them to clean an extra area rug and they did they are very honest and they do good job i totally recommend them
