PLUMBING AUTHORITY is fantastic

After having the city replace a sewer lateral waste line I had estimates done to replace the pipe from my house to the city line. All estimates were to blow in a sock through a clay weeping system to meet city line. Plumbing Authority suggested to dig up and install a pipe to join to the city line. No more tree roots every year clogging up drains. They also did my backwater valve & assisted me with all paper work to deal with city rebate programs that are available. 111% recommended !

I live in a rural area, we are on a septic system. My wife and I noticed our toilets draining very slow. Called the Plumbing Authority to have a camera inspection done. Robert showed up right on time for my appointment. He did a camera inspection and explained to me what was happening in my drain on the way to the septic tank! Turns out they installed the wrong size pipe (3") originally when the pipe should be 4"! After accepting the quote PA fixed our drains, no more issues.Thanks Robert and PA

I called late last night (one of my toilets was backing up) and Robert instructed me how to turn off the water and offered to come out right away. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem right away. Great customer service - I would highly recommend.
