I just placed an order with Riccis over the phone and after taking my order a full 30 MINUTES LATER I get a call from the manager to tell me they don't deliver to my area! She apologized for the mistake but when I asked her if she would make an exception she said no b/c they were "super busy." I asked to speak to the manager and guess what she was the manger! Cristina I hope you read this and know that your apology means nothing if your not going to offer any compensation. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
Ricci's is a great place to go when you are looking for an amazing meal for a decent price. The veal and the panzerotti are very good and a must try for anyone in the vaughan area. The seating area in my opinion could be better as it is somewhat packed to the point where it is hard to get out of your chair if someone is seated behind you. I would definetly recommend making a visit to this restaurant to anyone and everyone!
Party pizza is enormous and affordable, we often order here for our company and everyone makes a comment 'where did you get this, its great!'. I will say the crust is thick, which I like - I'm sure you can order a thin crust specifically, but I prefer the deep-dish they normally serve. Toppings are generous and fresh, fried panzerotti is enough for two people to be comfortably full, and best of all the staff is some of the nicest I've met anywhere.
