They made a mistake while taking my order which resulted in my order being short 5 egg rolls. I noticed this when I got home and pulled everything out at the dinner table with my family. I went back and explained what happened. The guy said "you took his order wrong" to the girl who took my order. She acknowledged her mistake by did not say sorry. She said she would get me egg rolls. 15 minutes later she comes back with 5 egg rolls and tells me I have to pay for them. I said "you want me to pay more? The rest of my order is sitting at home getting cold while I had to drive back here to get the egg rolls you forgot to give me. I shouldn't have to pay you more". "but you weren't charged for the egg rolls" I argued with them for about two minutes in disbelief at the horrendous customer service. I said "this is insane, forget it" and slammed the door as I left without my egg rolls. I left so angry. Not one person there even apologized to me for their mistake and my great inconvenience. All they did was ask me for more money. They could have said sorry and gave me my 5 eggrolls for free to rectify the situation. I already payed them $47.14 plus a $3 tip for the take out the first time I was there so the extra $5 was fairly insignificant. My inconvenience and their disrespectfulness was very significant. If you chose to deal with these people then be prepared for rudeness, disrespect and incompetence. I will never return.
