My experience with customer service was terrible. I called time and time again to all extensions and not once did an employee answer. Lost a customer.
Don't bother to call Future Shop in Charlottetown because they never answer their phone. Their thinking is, if they are with a customer then they should NOT answer the phone. What about the customer on the phone? Try hitting '0' and they don't answer either. Waste of money on a long distance call. Why even post the phone number in the first place if no one is going to answer?
