David I have been your patient for almost 40 years with excellent care given and for that I am so grateful. But David you need to train, show , teach the receptionist you currently have. She has no sensitivity when dealing with your patients ...She is rude, and puts you on hold until ,the system kicks you off. I waited over 35 min, just to get kicked off. I know healthcare , I work in it, I know the challenges...but this David need to be addressed ...all I want is an appointment...whenever
