    En août dernier, je me suis commander une frigo qui selon l’employé était disponible et il me livrait le 28 septembre 2020 à ma convenance. Finalement, ce dit frigo n’étant plus disponible? m’a été livrer le 9 octobre 2020. Mais surprise il ne fonctionne pas. J’ai réussi à avoir un technicien après acharnement de courriel le 21 octobre et sa fonctionne toujours pas. Aucun suivi du magasin ni de Samsung. Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants, sans frigo depuis le 28 septembre
