The only thing worse than the horrible snow removal service they provide is the nasty customer service woman who hangs up on callers instead of trying to resolve problems. Zero stars. Never again
I have been with Ricks for over 20 years this year has been awful. They drive on my street do the three neighbors across the street my Rick signs are visable and they don’t do my driveway. I have to call them many times to come and do their job. My walkway the same. I pay up front in September and I don’t need them in summer time winter is what I need them for. I am extremely dissatisfied this year and so are many people who have Rick this year I’m hearing a lot of not good vibes.
Have missed our house 3 times out of 4 as of today. We called and were told it wouldn’t happen again, and they never followed through. Extremely disappointed in their service. Would not recommend them to anyone. Bad costumer service as well. They never answer their phone, or emails.
I wish to commend you and your cleaning crew for the super good work done throughout the winter seasons especially this crazy season. Longtime and very satisfied customer.

Why are you not cleaning driveways on Picasso and surrounding area? Ive never had problems with Ricks until this year. Nobody answers phone. I will cancel my 2nd payment soon and go with another provider unless I see a major improvement or get a call back.
I have called today 3 times to have my snow removed, all my neighbors with Ricks had their snow removed except me. I called 3 times no one answer, Called at 2:30 pm waited for 7 minutes and recording message stated that is 4:30 our office is close and it is 2:37pm. Why we pay if we do not have the service we expect. Poor Service
rick's is amazing and there's are nice and good workers. GOOD BUSINESS
I've been a customer for many years and never had a problem when it was owned by Rick. I've called so far this year three times to get the service that I paid for. I asked for the owner to call me or pass by to see what I'm complaining about...no return call, no pass by. My advice when there is no one to talk to, go with another company. That's exactly what I will do. I've been in this neighbourhood for over 30 years, I'm going to take many friend with me.
Worst serivce ever - they lie and say that they passed - but never do - I have to call them to come and clean after every snow fall

In previous years Rick’s was the best! The last few years have been awful. 2018/2019 winter season we are with someone else.
Only good things to say, tractor came only did top of driveway, cars already on the street, tracked down driver, she said couldn't do whole driveway cause I'm on a slant very slippery will come back later, called Rick's surprisingly they answered spoke to a very nice woman, she said for sure they will be back 10 minutes later another truck came different driver, maybe more experienced and did a great job, thanks Rick's!!!!
Did not come to clen we call 3 time today it is 8 pm can not park my car
As of 6:30pm Jan.5,2018, Ricks answering service said all cleanup is completed.. Rue GARDENIA in DDO was completely MISSED. Aprox. 18 driveways MISSED.. Not Drivers fault..I believe he is overworked as I noticed his route is huge....
