Nous les avons appeller pour une reparation d'air climatiser et ils nous ont dit qu'il passerait au courrant de l'apres-midi...j'ai pris une apres-midi de conger..ne se sont jamais presenter, je les ais appeller 2 fois, ils etaient tres betes, repoussais toujous l'heure pour finalement me dire a 20h45 qu'il ne viendrait pas!!! tres mauvais service a la clientele, aucun respect de la clientele, nous avons fait affaire avec quelqu'un d'autre finalement qui offre un tres meilleur service!!!

We have had the pleasure of having Mr. Blanchette work on our AC system this past summer. Upon the first visit it was apparent that he was both genuine and honest, I quickly realized that the previous contractor we had hired was not totally truthful.
