H&R Block Service à l'Année

Terrible. Waited one hour past my appoitment to see someone THEN it took 2 hours plus he mase a mistake. Then couldnt pay flr the services since their machine had technical issues. Worst place.

extremely expensive , and they make mistakes who can screw you. Dont go there.

Worst customer service.. they tell you you will only wait 2h and ended up waiting 6h just to be told they will only do one year out of two and that they're doing me a favour to take me after 6h of waiting oh and don't try to get information on their 1 800 line they will put you on hold for hours
