    Personnel impolis et grossier et ce en presence d enfants

    La plus terrible expérience de service après vente reçu suite à notre auto construction. Plusieurs milliers de dollard dépensé pour fournir la maison de store. Piètre qualité, plusieurs morceaux n ont pas survécu le fil du temps (5 ans) Service à la clientèle le plus médiocre que j'ai pu recevoir depuis longtemps. Nous avons tous droit à nos mauvaises journées mais lorsequ on defoule sa rage sur notre clientèle cela fait preuve d un énorme manque de jugement.
