    Cleanliness, quality, speed and professionalism. We were hesitant entrusting our electrical project to trap electrique due to its price but we took a chance. Their work is impeccable. We recommended this company to our friends and we will continue the business with them.

    From the minute I decided to choose TRAP elec.to the time they left my house I have not enough words to describe my satisfaction for the excellent service we received. First of all I have to mention the punctuality , they never rang my door bell 1 minute late. They worked late at night and weekends to finish. They knew what they were doing..Professional,kind and most of all honest..very reasonable priced . I will for sure refer them to all of you who is reading this review....C.S

    We had an emergency outage when it was -20 and they responded very quickly. They did a great job and they were very professional and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable electricians and I highly recommend them.

    We hired them to ...

    We hired them to do work for us at our commercial business, not ones but several times. Their work was exceptional,very accurate and always finished on time. The manager was very pleasant and very knowledgable eager to give us good advice. We were very satisfied with their work that we also hired them to work for us at our private residence. Their prices were very reasonable and when we had an emergency they responded quickly!

    I called Trap ele...

    I called Trap electric for an emergency outage at night when the temperature was -20. They responded quickly and had my power back on within 45min of me calling them. During the service call, i spoke with the technician about converting to LED lighting for my home. I proceeded to use them to do the conversion and noticed the saving on my hydro bill. Not only did they help me out in an emergency, but they also ended up saving me money in the long run. They're service was excellent.

    Hello, I’m sorry you feel you had a bad experience, the quote was for the job and it was not including the travel time which was mentioned up front. As for incompetent, I am an electrician not a thermostat sales representative. I can guide you to selecting a quality product however specific features and functions are left for the consumer to decide which product is best suitable. That being said, I leave it to the consumer to select products with the features and benefits which are suitable for their needs.. Thank you again for the opportunity to work for you.
