    J'ai mis une étoile parce que c'Est pas possible d'en mettre moins. C'est le pire service à la clientèle au monde et ils sont tellement désorganisé qu'il est presqu'impossible de faire un suivi d'une commande. J'en suis à 6 appels et 3 mois d'attente sans nouvelle de l'article que j'ai PAYÉ en janvier. Bref, pour votre santé mental, ne faites pas affaire avec eux.

    Vendredi on m'a annoncé que mon lit et matelas était non-disponible avant plusieurs semaines. Malgré la déception sur le coup, Cathy et Devan du magasin de Lasalle ont travaillé très fort avec moi (samedi et dimanche) afin de trouver une solution de remplacement qui ferait notre bonheur. Un nouveau lit et matelas (mieux que ceux choisi) m'ont été suggéré avec une infime différence de prix. Je suis impressionné par le haut degré de service à la clientèle reçu par Cathy et Devan. BRAVO!!! 5*****

    J'ai acheté un divan et une couture se défait. Ils me font une évaluation pour la réparer à leur frais. La compagnie qui répare fait une évaluation et me dit que Brick va me rappeler. Quelques semaine après, aucune nouvelle. J'appelle et on me dit qu'ils ne vont pas le réparer, mais qu'ils m'offrent un crédit sur un autre achat!!!! Quelle farce! Ils pensent vraiment qu'avec un tel service, je vais acheter de nouveau quoi que ce soit à ce magasin? JAMAIS! Fini Brick! Fini les arnaques! Fuyez-le!

    Post sales of products they dont have in stock anywhere across the country. 2 1/2 months later still no product. They dont answer the phones at all

    Very bad service. I ordered a bed and it got broke due to manufacture defect. It took them 1.5 months to deliver me the new piece. I assembled it and found out it is broken again. Now they told me they will send us a technician to fix it I ask for refund or buy a new model but they say no, even though it’s not our fault, it’s manufacturing defect. It’s been 2 months we are without the bed Would never recommend bricks to anyone

    I wish I have read these reviews before I decided to buy from Brick!! If you want to be calm and you don't want to waste your money and time, stay away from this store. Bad quality furniture and horrible customer service

    Avoid this place, I bought 5 pieces of appliances from here and on the delivery date they were out of stock and only the fridge and stove came. The second time the delivery guys called and said they are too busy/not coming at 4 pm after me waiting for them all day. The third time they came and the sales guy forgot to order a steam host for me and they couldnt install the washer dryer. In total I missed 4 days of work along with a whole lot of calls/stress to get my order. Never again!

    Évitez le magasin!!! Votre commande n’arrivera jamais à la date prévue dans le contrat de vente, votre meuble sera livrée par morceaux, les matelas seront vendus mais livres des semaines plus tard, le service à la clientèle qui raccroche, etc.

    Bonjour a vous tous. Bricks est un magasin assez compétitif dans l'ensemble. Il faut comprendre qu'ils ont été acheté par la chaine Léon depuis prix et vendeur sous pression. Pour le services après vente vous n'êtes pas chez Sears ou Fillions mais vous avez un prix moins cher. Pour que les choses soit moins cher il faut couper à quelque part. Plusieurs produit de la Chine comme partout maintenant ( Des imperfections sa existe et défaut sur les produits) Bravo!!! A Jean Francois super services.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE , YOU WILL WAIT FOR MONTHS BEFORE YOUR STUFF IS DELIVERED!!! AND IT WILL NOT COME ALL AT ONCE OH NO !! THERE WILL BE SEVERAL DAYS AND PEICE BY PEICE WILL COME , WORST SERVICE EVER

    I recently bought a freezer at The Brick. After it was delivered I realized it only had three shelves where five shelves should be the standard. I saw the same model at Reno- depot and it came with five shelves. Now I will have to pay an extra $130 plus shipping approximately $150 to get two more shelves. A great disappointment. I will no longer be shopping at The Brick.

    From the sales rep, Salvatore to the deliverey team, my experience was excellent. I had made a few changes to my order of 2 love seats, and I had changed delivery dates. Everything went smoothly & I would highly recommend THE BRICK in Lasalle!

    I bought a couch ...

    I bought a couch and paid for a warranty. After a year, the couch is ripping everywhere. We call the insurance, they agree to replace the couch. At the store, the Brick suggests we should pay 900$ extra for genuine leather instead of the bonded leather. They assured me it wouldn't happen again. I paid the extra, low and behold the new couch started ripping at the seams again. After showing a sample to a textile expert, it turns out its bonded leather again and the brick wont do anything at all.

    Worst experience of my life up until now.

    We purchase a TV from here that came with dead pixels. Head office said they would exchange it. When we went back to the store to purchase more items they asked about the TV and said they knew it would need exchange and they have no more left. They want me to pay $200 for an upgraded TV. Warranty does not apply. I refused, now they are coming to my house to pick up the TV which I never authorized. I cannot say in the word limit how awful this place is. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION.

    J'ai indiqué lors de l'achat de deux électroménagers que je n'achetais que si l'on me garantissait que les meubles seraient livrés à l'intérieur d'un délai de 2 semaines, mais ma date de livraison a été reportée à 3 reprises. À chaque fois, la compagnie ne se donnait même pas la peine de me prévenir. Lors de la livraison, les livreurs ont refusé d'obéir au règlement du condo exigeant qu'ils utilisent l'escalier arrière.

    While I had indicated before the purchase that the delivery date was essential for me to proceed with the purchase, The Brick postponed 3 times my delivery date without warning me in advance (I was calling the day of the delivery each time to learn that I was not going to get my appliances). They refused to use the stairway that was required to be used by my condo building, putting me in a difficult situation with the administrators of the building.
