The occasional vapour cloud aside, Aqua Smoke owners Joshua Bobrove and Kyle Meehan are definitely not in the business of "blowing smoke."

“We don’t promote this product as something that’s cool or fashionable,” explains Josh, standing behind a multicoloured electronic cigarette display counter and puffing on his own sub-ohm vaporizer. “The truth is I don’t even tell people this is going to help them quit. We simply promote it as an alternative to tobacco.”

Perhaps that’s what most separates Aqua Smoke, a hub for the e-cigarette novice and artisanal e-liquid aficionado, from the larger chain "e-shops" cropping up around the city.
