Rude, unprofessional, disgusting conduct.
**Racist Roofers** Employees from Belgrave Roofing entered unannounced on our property, saw me naked in the shower from a window that opens onto our roof, and then called my fiancé a /Chinaman/ for calling them out on their unacceptable actions. I then received a threatening e-mail from the owner with the subject heading /Telephone conversations and threats/ attempting to scare me into not going public with our story. Do not hire this company.
Dishonest, poor workmanship,kept lying, lack of people skill, After 9 months,new roof is leaking, Instead of fixing the problem, they voided my guaranty, didnt bother to come and check, force me to pay 350 $+ taxes to them for the inspection on their work that they did.
Had to threaten them with legal proceedings to get them to come back. Poor workmanship.

*PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!* Like many of the others, they did a small flat roof for me a few years ago. His son and a few workers did the work. After enduring the owner's tirades of abuse and foul language, the owner finally sent someone to apply what amounted to tar paint to fix a leak. My roof is leaking again. In a nutshell, customer service is grumpy and miserable. Take it from my personal experience who learned a lesson and immediately move on to someone else.

After the nice quotation period, it's a painful process to deal with them - they are rude & lack people skill. They are dishonest and forgetful in their duties.

I have had many extremely good feedback and have been praised from your co-owners/neighbors. I understand now how they seem to have difficulty getting along with you. God. They overcharged me, and failed to fix the roof like they were suppose to. Now they just keep lying. It is ridiculous.
