Inconcevable que l'un des plombier ne dit que quelques mots de Français et que l'autre parle anglais et que les 2 entre-eux se parlent en espagnol ??? Je voulais un changement de lavabo de salle de bain et incroyable que cela a pris 30 min. pour voir que le lavabo n'était pas compatible. Je ne recommanderai jamais cette compagnie de plomberie.
Excellent travail de leur part !! Ils sont arrives a l’heure, ils ont ete tres professionnel et ont repare mon probleme de tuyau bouche tres rapidement ! Ils etaient tres sympathiques et propres, ils ont tout nettoye derriere eux et ont meme fait plus que demande ! Je les recommande fortement !!!
Stay away - full of empty promises of “I’m on my way” for 3 straight days. There’s a reason that many people have this same comment recently. Do yourself a favor and call someone who is actually reliable and understands how to treat their customers. Hopefully all the lies and fake promises catch up with this company.
The plumber was supposed to come between 10 AM and 12 PM. At 8:20 PM (more than 8 hours after the given time limit), the guy has not come. Every time I called him, there was a new excuse, getting sillier every time (more than 2 hours for dinner?). If he did not want the job, he should have just said so!
Do not call them , do not waste your time. I booked and appointment a week in advance, took a day off. They didnt show up. I called several times and got a response that they are on their way. Finally they called me at 5:30Pm to confirm my location. I still accepted their visit. When the contractor figured the scope of work, he refused to come, he said that his boss never told him what to do
He was rude in my home. He installed a cheap toilet that makes noise and said he would replace it and never did. He kept on wasting my time over the phone.
Had these guys install 2 hot water tanks in my tenants basement during the day while I was at work, I checked the job a few days later only to find the old tanks still in the basement, I think for the price I paid they could have at least removed the old tanks... or maybe mention that they didn't offer the removal service thenI would of went with a company that did.
